Threadhopping: Also cool with it, unless I specify a thread is private.
Fourthwalling: I'm fine with your character mentioning Pokemon as being fictional, as well as referring to the games/anime/manga. If you want them to somehow be familiar with Eliza specifically I'd like to talk out how they know that, but if things are worked out I'm fine with it in principle.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Incest between adoptive siblings or siblings who only learn they are related later squicks me out. For the latter, I'm fine with attraction, light flirting, and kissing before they learn they're related, but nothing beyond that, and nothing like that after they learn they're related.

Hugging this character: Go ahead! Eliza will probably hug back unless you've somehow made her hate you.
Kissing this character: If your character is older than 16, I'd prefer it be limited to platonic cheek/forehead kisses and the like.
Flirting with this character: Not from anyone older than 16.
Fighting with this character: Yeah, she has a magical girl form that makes her stronger and more durable, but she really has no fighting skill at all. Still, she's very likely to initiate a fight against anyone who insults or hurts her friends, so I feel it'd be hypocritical to not let others do the same.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Talk to me before we get to breaking bones/chopping off limbs?
Killing this character: Talk to me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead!
Warnings:
The CRAU I'm likely taking Eliza from involves a lot of murder, and has also caused Eliza's morals in regards to violence and killing to become much looser. She's befriended a lot of killers there and still considers herself on friendly terms with them, as well as adoptive siblings to one of them as well. Let me know if you'd rather me not have her talk about that stuff.
