[Eliza’s Christmas Cookie package comes with not just the usual holiday patterns but also some replicas of the symbol on her mail box and cookie portraits of the pokémon a certain wolf has been able to spot in his forest walks. He might not have been around for his world’s Pokémon craze but he can tell the critters are near and dear to her.
The note reads “HAPPY HOLIDAYS! These cookies will make you feel happy or remember a happy memory!” Signed is a wolf’s paw print]
[Okay, Espio isn’t sure how old Eliza is, but since she left a drawing for him he’s going to give her some meringue cookies too. But they’re not from him. They’re from Santa. Okay? Okay.]
[A few hours after Undertaker receives his picture, a small package appears on Eliza's doorstep. Inside is a tin containing a small Christmas pudding, as well as what appears to be a home-made Christmas Cracker. She should find someone to open it with!]
[Mycroft finds the drawing a bit childish and maudlin, but propriety has been embedded in his brain and he must respond with a thank-you note. Also Bacall wouldn't leave him alone until he did.]

Thank you for the drawing, it was very thoughtful.
[On this day, Eliza will get a small red box with a white ribbon, telltale sign that this was the magic cupcake she had requested, made just for her. Inside is a vanilla and cinnamon cupcake with a pair of deer antlers and wings, both made of fondant. The note reads:]

Happy April Fool's Day!
This cupcake was made specially in celebration of a fun day! And with that comes special rules:
1. Before consuming this cupcake you must be in a large, open space to open the wings and acclimate yourself.
2. You might experience something called instinct overload, as your new animal instincts and senses will take a few moments to adjust. Since you have two prey animals, you might also have the prey jitters, or nervousness that comes with the instincts. Take a moment to center yourself if you feel these.
3. You will experience no discomfort in your transformation, the antlers should come in without much comfort, though harming them in any way will hurt like heck. To make them smaller, you should file them or have someone file them for you.
[He knows it’s pretty rare that someone comes knocking on his door. He opens it, already pretty sure he knows who it is. Deep down Pokey feels a weird satisfaction at seeing he’s right, but that can wait.
He just hugs the younger teen. She’s one of the few Pokey would show that affection to.]
[Eliza hugs him back, as tightly as he can.] Asriel was so worried! And so was I! But I-I hoped you'd come back! I'm so glad you're back! [She's babbling, and happy tears are trickling down her face.]
[She shakes her head, slowly.] No...you weren't, really. But it's just...I was so worried that after Asriel and you disappeared, Luce would disappear too. I was so worried about losing all my siblings here...
[ANd he gets it quicker than it takes him to say that he gets it. It had been a fear that always hounded him. It was one that he was intimate with happening.]
But hey, I was too stubborn to be taken down like that. Made my way back, right? So'd Asriel.
[And thank god. That kid sounded like he had been in a hell hole otherwise.]
[That helps, at least a little. No, Pokey can't promise it, as much as he would like to. And he won't promise it, just as much as he wouldn't have wanted any of the older teens or adults in his life to have done.]

[He isn't sure how he'll try, but he will.]
You'll be okay, kid. You were alright while I was gone?
[She nods slowly.] Thanks...and...I guess it was alright. I met up with my Shadow in Valintas and we...talked it out. I think...I can deal with remembering what happened to me in Town A a bit better now. [She could accept everyone's death, except for her own.]
[She nods a little. It's probably good, in a way, that every death that happens still shocks her.]
It's not as upsetting anymore... [But it's always going to be a part of her. It's always going to influence her.] I hope things are better for you, too.
[Come the morning of Valentine's day, Eliza will find a small nicely wrapped package in her mailbox. Within the package, Eliza will find three heart-shaped tarts in three flavors. Raspberry, Vanilla, and strawberry. Clearly, Eliza is a favorite given the variety of favors.]
